• All service deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon prior to project initiation via quote, invoice, or service agreement.

• A non-refundable upfront payment is required to begin most custom projects. The amount may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work.
• Full or partial payments must be made before service delivery, as outlined in your quote or invoice.
• Recurring services (e.g., maintenance or support plans) are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
• Late or failed payments may result in service interruption until payment is received.

• Estimates are provided as a non-binding approximation of service costs based on available information at the time of request.
• They do not represent a contract or service agreement until approved in writing and/or converted into an invoice.
• Estimates are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified and may be subject to revision if project scope or requirements change.

• Credit notes may be issued in the event of billing adjustments, overpayments, or approved service changes.
• A credit note serves as a formal record of a reduction in the total amount due from a prior invoice.
• Credit notes do not represent a new payment obligation.
• Any credited amount can be applied to future invoices or refunded, if eligible, based on our refund policy.
• All credit notes are subject to review and approval by upMediaTech before being processed.

• Because our work involves custom digital deliverables, payments are generally non‑refundable once a project has begun or digital assets have been delivered.
• If you believe an error was made or the deliverable does not match the agreed scope, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request in good faith and work toward a fair resolution.
• For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
• The initial payment (deposit) required to start a project is non‑refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All digital assets, content, and designs created by upMediaTech remain the property of the company until full payment is received.
• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or duplicate work without written permission unless otherwise agreed.
